The Tathagatagarbha manifests certain dharma-objects, known as the exclusively manifested realm. Subsequently, it gives rise to consciousness, termed the exclusively arisen consciousness. This consciousness then functions to perceive and discern, thereby cognizing the dharma-objects. During this process, the dharma-objects do not arrive, and the consciousness does not go forth; yet perception of the realm's phenomena occurs, demonstrating that all dharmas neither come nor go. The arising and ceasing of all dharmas are also illusory transformations; therefore, all dharmas neither arise nor cease.
