All dharmas are realms directly manifested by the eighth consciousness alone, which the eighth consciousness can directly perceive and presently apprehend. Therefore, all dharmas exist presently for the eighth consciousness, which perceives and cognizes them through direct perception without requiring comparison or imagination. The eighth consciousness lacks the mental activities and characteristics of illusion or delusion. In this regard, the eighth consciousness possesses incomparable great wisdom, enabling it to directly perceive all dharmas without obstruction. The Tathagata Buddha's seven consciousnesses, like the eighth consciousness, directly perceive and cognize all dharmas, realizing the Dharma in the present moment without comparison or conceptual thought. This results from the transformation of the seven consciousnesses into wisdom, free from ignorance.
