In an environment with relatively fresh air, practice deep breathing frequently and use breath-focused Buddha recitation to regulate the body and mind. This facilitates the unblocking of energy channels, purifies the mind, sharpens mental clarity, and enhances agile thinking. Regulation can be performed during all activities—whether walking, standing, sitting, or lying down—without restriction on bodily posture. A person lives by the vital breath; when the breath is well-regulated, it equates to replenishing the four essential nutrients, thereby promoting physical health. Simultaneously, combine this with meditation, visualizing the vital energy circulating throughout the entire body and the Buddha's light illuminating every part, resulting in full-body lightness, health, and the expulsion of ailment-causing energies and karmic obstructions beyond the physical form. Both breath and body are composed of the four great elements; regulating the breath is equivalent to regulating the body, and observing the breath is equivalent to observing the body. Contemplation of the body ultimately leads to the realization of its emptiness and non-existence.
