Original text:时节变异者。谓秋冬时。丛林药草。华叶果等萎黄零落。于春夏时。枝叶华果青翠繁茂。火所焚烧者。谓大火纵逸。焚烧村邑。国城王都悉为灰烬。水所漂烂者。谓大水洪漫。漂荡村邑。国城王都悉皆沦没。风所鼓燥者。谓大风飘扇。湿衣湿地。稼穑丛林。干韅革日枯槁。

Explanation: The meaning of "change of seasons" is that in autumn and winter, the forests, medicinal herbs, flowers, leaves, fruits, and so on all wither, turn yellow, and fall away; in spring and summer, the forests, medicinal herbs, branches, leaves, flowers, and fruits begin to grow again, lush and verdant. The meaning of "burned by fire" is that when a great fire blazes forth, it burns villages and settlements, and the capital cities and royal palaces are all reduced to ashes. The meaning of "swept away and ruined by water" is that when great waters flood and spread, they wash away villages and settlements, and the capital cities and royal palaces are all submerged by the flood. The meaning of "parched by wind" is that when a great wind blows, damp clothing and damp earth, crops and forests are all dried out, becoming more and more withered.
