Original text:
Explanation: Because of possessing the wisdom of boundlessness, one knows that all conditioned formations are impermanent, and gives rise to the boundless determination (adhimokṣa) regarding impermanence. In this way, having known suffering, emptiness, non-self, and so forth, one gives rise to the boundless determination regarding suffering, the boundless determination regarding emptiness and non-self, the boundless determination regarding unwholesome actions, the boundless determination regarding rebirth in the evil destinies, the boundless determination regarding rise and decline, as well as the boundless determination regarding aging, sickness, death, sorrow, grief, worry, and suffering—all afflictions and disturbances without bound.
Original text:
Explanation: The meaning of "boundless" here is that the cycle of birth and death and such dharmas are boundless and without limit, to the extent that the cycle of birth and death never ceases. Although the dharmas described above are constantly present, only birth and death can be extinguished without remainder. This dharma that can be extinguished has no other means of extinguishing it besides this. Within the birth-and-death dharmas of these various states of existence (bhava) and various destinies, one gives rise to determination through the practice of the wishless (apraṇihita), the practice of non-reliance, and the practice of deep revulsion and aversion, and diligently cultivates the attention of determination (adhimokṣa-manaskāra).
