The operation of meridians during meditation while observing the breath in Lantian: In recent days during seated meditation while observing the breath, the breath has intensely impacted the perineum area. The heat sensation in the perineum, coccyx, lower back, and pelvis has noticeably intensified. Around February of last year, when the meridians passed through the sublime root at the back of the head, the left ear had already been experiencing tinnitus for over five months. After the meridians cleared the brain area, the tinnitus in the left ear resolved. In May of last year, during seated meditation, because the tip of the tongue did not fully press against the upper palate and front teeth, when the meridians passed between the upper right and lower right teeth, it caused inflammation throughout the upper gumline, damaging three upper teeth.
This phenomenon occurs when meridians enter the Du meridian. As meridians circulate through the Du meridian along the back, they also regulate the internal organs and the entire body. When meridians enter the back from the coccyx and surge toward the nape of the neck, they encounter some obstruction. Breaking through this obstruction to enter the sublime root at the back of the head may present greater resistance, but it effectively regulates the sensory faculties of eyes, ears, nose, and tongue, resulting in improved hearing and vision, and eliminating ailments of the eyes, ears, nose, and tongue. Once meridians reach the back of the head, it is crucial to intensify meditation practice to strengthen the flow of meridians, enabling them to swiftly pass through the Baihui point at the crown. This enhances the therapeutic effects. When meridians circulate to the back of the head, one may visualize karmic obstructions exiting through the Baihui point at the crown. This also aids in eliminating illnesses and allows meridians to pass through the back of the head more quickly, reaching the junction of the Ren and Du meridians to facilitate the unblocking of the Ren and Du meridians.
Gum inflammation occurs when meridians are forcefully blocked at the gumline, and the heat burns the gums, causing inflammation. If the Ren meridian at the tongue tip connects properly with the Du meridian at the gums, allowing meridians to pass smoothly through the gums into the tongue and then enter the Ren meridian, completing a microcosmic orbit cycle, such issues would not arise. Among the three primary meridians, meridians first clear the Ren meridian, then the Du meridian. After the Ren and Du meridians achieve circulation, they enter the central meridian. The central meridian is the most difficult to unblock. Once unblocked, all diseases vanish.
