How do all spiritual powers and the power of the Path arise?

The manomaya body (mind-made body) and the transformation body are indeed manifested through the manas's attention and visualization, and both possess the manas's function of upholding and taking charge. One body has one set of six consciousnesses. However, the manas governs and commands all bodies: when the manas stirs a single thought, all bodies will be withdrawn into one body; with another stirring of thought, one body will transform into all bodies.

If the manas is not cultivated, it will not have such abundant meritorious qualities, and the manas's functions will be limited. If the manas's afflictions are not eradicated, the manas's functions and effects will be limited. When afflictions are completely severed and obstructions are eliminated, wisdom will be developed and revealed, and all supernatural powers and spiritual abilities will appear.
