The Tathāgatagarbha's Perfectly Accomplished Nature Is Inherently Complete

The pariniṣpanna nature (perfectly accomplished nature) of the tathāgatagarbha is not something that the five aggregates and the seven consciousnesses can bring about; it refers to the meritorious nature of the tathāgatagarbha, which is inherently able to perfectly accomplish all dharmas. The tathāgatagarbha is originally endowed with this nature, and it need not be achieved through later cultivation. Ordinary beings and sentient beings in the three evil destinies all possess the pariniṣpanna nature of the tathāgatagarbha; otherwise, ordinary beings could not even exist, and sentient beings would have no dharmas at all.
