To stabilize one's body and mind and swiftly accomplish the path, we can engage in daily self-hypnosis by composing hypnotic phrases to encourage ourselves mentally, guiding our hearts to aspire towards it.
1. All phenomena are illusory;
2. All phenomena are illusory transformations;
3. I am in a play; I am acting;
4. This is my illusory thought;
5. This state is produced by my illusory thoughts; do not take it as real;
6. I am acting together with everyone in a shared play, a shared game; in truth, we are all actors in the play;
7. I want to return to the true reality; I want to recognize the true nature;
8. I do not want to act anymore; I do not want to live in an illusory state; I do not want to live falsely anymore;
9. I do not want to deceive myself anymore; I want to awaken to everything;
10. I want to attain Buddhahood; I want to return to the true reality.
In various states, it is suitable to use only one or two of these hypnotic phrases at a time. Using too many may easily confuse the mind and not be in accordance with the Dharma. Alternatively, based on the progress and level of one's practice, use only one or two phrases to suggest to oneself during a particular period. In this way, one will gradually be hypnotized into the corresponding state of mind.
