On the path of learning Buddhism, one will inevitably encounter many obstacles and difficulties. If you cannot overcome them for the time being, that is perfectly fine. As long as you persevere, continuously strive, and ultimately, you will be able to surmount the barrier of conceptual understanding. So long as you do not consider all your own interpretations to be correct, maintain humility within your heart, engage frequently in contemplative practice, reflect carefully, and often repent of karmic obstacles, your path and practice will progress. What is most feared is arrogance (māna), as arrogance is the greatest hindrance to the path. Yet, if one remains unaware of one's own arrogance, this becomes problematic.
