The Body of Five Aggregates Is a Golden House

Regarding the golden basin, each person perceives it differently. Some perceive the essence of gold: when gold ornaments are needed, they take it to craft gold ornaments; when gold bricks are needed, they take it to forge gold bricks. However, the vast majority see only the form of the basin, using it to hold water or store food, while others use it solely to contain filth.

The body of the five aggregates is originally a house of gold. Buddhas use it to extensively benefit immeasurable sentient beings, yet sentient beings use it to harbor defilements and impurities, failing to put it to wholesome use.
