The Discriminative Nature of Suchness

Tathata transcends discrimination, devoid of a discriminating mind. It does not discriminate among the six dusts or all dharmas, yet it can cooperate with the discrimination of the seven consciousnesses. Its discernment does not operate within the six dusts. It discerns the karmic seeds of sentient beings, creating their forms according to their karma: creating a human body for human karma, an animal body for animal karma, and never errs. In accordance with the karma of sentient beings, it actualizes their karmic retribution with perfect precision, crafting their living environments based on their karma. It discerns the mental activities of the seven consciousnesses, knowing exactly what the seven consciousnesses intend to do, and thus transmits the seeds of consciousness to enable their functioning. These discernments are numerous and subtle, beyond exhaustive description. Upon realizing Tathata, one can use language to express it, describe it, indicate it, and instruct others on how to attain this realization.
