The Tathagatagarbha constantly releases information about the five aggregates onto the internet without any secrecy. When the Tathagatagarbha acquires information from another Tathagatagarbha, it enables the manas (mental faculty) to become aware of it. The manas then perceives the information pertaining to those five aggregates. This constitutes the mutual resonance and interconnection among sentient beings, also known as Tathagatagarbha information sharing. The Tathagatagarbha can constantly absorb all external information from the physical body and the six sense objects at all times and in all places. The manas can also constantly perceive this information. For information that is useful or significant to oneself, the manas alerts the consciousness to be aware of it. For unimportant information, the manas either processes it itself, ignores it, or stores it within the Tathagatagarbha.
If the six consciousnesses of sentient beings could share information without concealment, entirely transparent and devoid of dark corners, then there would be no killing, stealing, sexual misconduct, or false speech. How wonderful the world would be, and how lighthearted and joyful life would be. The minds of all Buddhas are transparent to each other, without any veiling. Among Bodhisattvas with spiritual powers, their minds are also transparent and unshielded. Such is the highest quality of life.
