The Tathagatagarbha is constantly present within the internet, releasing information about its own five aggregates at any time and place, without any secrecy whatsoever. Then, the information acquired by one Tathagatagarbha from another Tathagatagarbha is made known to the manas. The manas then discriminates and perceives the information about those five aggregates. This constitutes the relationship of mutual perception and interconnection among sentient beings, also known as Tathagatagarbha information sharing. The Tathagatagarbha can continuously gather all information from the external environment of the five-aggregate body, including the six dust realms. The manas can also perceive this information at any time and place. For information that is useful or significant to itself, it alerts the consciousness to be aware. For unimportant information, the manas either processes it itself, ignores it, or stores it within the Tathagatagarbha.
If the six consciousnesses of sentient beings could share information without concealment, if everything were transparent with no dark corners, then there would be no killing, stealing, sexual misconduct, or false speech. How wonderful it would be for the world, how light and joyful life would be. The minds among all Buddhas are completely transparent, without any concealment. Among bodhisattvas with spiritual powers, their minds are also transparent, without concealment. Such is the highest quality of life.
