Dharma Teachings

The so-called world is nothing but a feeling.

The so-called world is nothing more than a feeling. Different states of mind give rise to different feelings, and different people have different feelings.

So what are these feelings? They are nothing at all—mere illusions and transformations.

Then what should be done?

Change feelings that are not true-to-reality and not in accord with reason into feelings that are true-to-reality and in accord with reason; then one returns to the real, returns to the nature of awakening, returns to the One True, returns to nirvāṇa, returns to tranquility.
