The Mutual Relationship among Manas, Mind Consciousness, and Tathāgatagarbha

When I must make good use of the manas—when the mind consciousness says this, the manas has already made such a decision, which is why the mind consciousness expressed it so resolutely. If the mind consciousness wants to make use of the manas, does the manas know that the mind consciousness wants to make use of it? For beginningless kalpas, we have in fact always been making use of the manas, and the manas has also been making use of the tathāgatagarbha and the mind consciousness; it is just that neither is aware of it. If they were aware, that wisdom would be extraordinary.
