Supramundane Truth Is Not a Conditioned Dharma

All dharmas arising from conditions will change when the conditions change. Therefore, all worldly knowledge and affairs of livelihood also transform along with the ever-changing conditions of the world; they are not fixed or immutable. However, the truth beyond the world is not a dharma arising from conditions and thus remains unchanging. If it could change, it could not be deemed eternal truth or sacred truth.
