The Tathagatagarbha is present throughout the internet, constantly releasing information about its five aggregates without any secrecy. When the Tathagatagarbha obtains information from another Tathagatagarbha, it causes the manas (intellect) to become aware, enabling the manas to discern the information about those five aggregates. This constitutes the relationship of mutual perception and communication between sentient beings, also known as Tathagatagarbha information sharing. The Tathagatagarbha can continuously gather all external information from the five-aggregate body and the six dust realms (sense objects), and the manas can also continuously perceive them. For information that is useful or significant, it alerts the consciousness; for unimportant information, the manas either processes it itself, ignores it, or stores it within the Tathagatagarbha.
If the six consciousnesses of sentient beings could share information without concealment, if everything were transparent with no dark corners, then there would be no killing, stealing, sexual misconduct, or lying. How wonderful the world would be, and how lighthearted and joyful life would be! The minds of all Buddhas are transparent to each other, without any concealment. Among Bodhisattvas with spiritual powers, minds are also transparent, without concealment. Such a state represents the highest quality of life.
