Which Citta Possesses the Psychic Power of Desire?

When practicing meditation, what is meant by the mind that seeks to ascend and transform? It refers to the Tathāgatagarbha cooperating with the mental faculty's volition to satisfy the needs and desires of the mental faculty, enabling the physical body to fly and transform.

The basis of spiritual power primarily involves the desires of the mental faculty. By fulfilling the desires of the mental faculty, which possesses the strength to achieve certain aims, the Tathāgatagarbha must accommodate it. If the mental faculty lacks strength, the Tathāgatagarbha cannot cooperate. This process relies on the visualization and guidance of the consciousness, working in concert with the mental faculty to achieve the goal. Thus, it is evident that the mental faculty utilizes the six consciousnesses and the eighth consciousness to realize all its intentions. The power of the mental faculty is the power of meditation. The basis of spiritual power is essentially the concentration of the mental faculty. Through the cultivation of consciousness, the mental faculty gains the strength to attain its objectives and fulfill its desires.
