The Yogacarabhumi Sastra, Volume 34 (29)

原文:How to observe the impermanent nature of the change and variation in storehouses. It means by observing various storehouses, at one time full, at another time exhausted. Having seen this, one thinks thus: Such conditioned phenomena are impermanent in nature. The rest is as previously stated. How to observe the impermanent nature of the change and variation in food and drink. It means by observing various food and drink, at one time not prepared, at another time prepared; at one time enters the mouth, chewed with teeth, mixed with saliva, swallowed slowly; at one time enters the belly, gradually digested; at one time turns into excrement and urine, expelled. Having seen this, one thinks thus: Such conditioned phenomena are impermanent in nature. The rest is as previously stated.

释:How to observe the impermanent nature of the change and variation in storehouses? Observing various storehouses full at this time, yet disappearing and exhausted at that time. After observing these phenomena, one has such a thought: Such conditioned phenomena are truly impermanent in nature. How to observe the impermanent nature of the change and variation in food and drink? Observing various food and drink, not prepared at this time, yet prepared at that time; at this time enters the mouth, chewed, mixed with saliva, swallowed slowly; at that time food enters the belly, digested, then turns into excrement and urine, expelled. After observing these phenomena, one has such a thought: Such conditioned phenomena are truly impermanent in nature.
