Enhancement of Precepts, Adhipati-Pratyaya, and Enhancement of Teachings

Increasing precepts refers to the act of receiving precepts once again. The dominant condition is a type of condition (dharma) that assists in giving rise to consciousness. Expository speech: "speech" represents vocal sounds and language; using vocal sounds and language to reveal meaning is called expository speech. The vocal sounds and language that assist in revealing the meaning of the Dharma are called expository speech. Here, "meaning" refers to the meaning of bodhisattva-mahāsattva.
