Karma and Pranidhana Are Both Related to Manas

If sentient beings are without karma, and all Buddhas and bodhisattvas are without vow power, then there would be no five aggregates or worldly phenomena whatsoever. Both karma and vow power are related to the mental faculty; without the mental faculty, there would also be no worldly phenomena. Tathagatagarbha alone does not act independently, nor does it interfere unnecessarily. It is without desire or seeking, only fulfilling the wishes of sentient beings.
