How Can One Clearly Observe the Seeds of the Eight Consciousnesses as a Torrent, and How Can One Transform the Eight Consciousnesses into Wisdom?

The seven great element seeds within the eighth consciousness arise and cease moment by moment, forming the moment-by-moment arising and ceasing of the five aggregates, the eighteen realms, and the material universe (the vessel world). These seeds have never ceased being continuously outputted, and the arising, ceasing, and transformation of the world of the five aggregates has likewise never ceased. The karmic-force seeds within the eighth consciousness also surge forth ceaselessly at all times, causing sentient beings to constantly correspond with karmic forces, to be constantly drawn by karmic forces, and to constantly undergo the retribution of karma. To transform consciousness into wisdom, one must first see the mind and see the nature; when the mind relies upon the nature of suchness (tathatā), transformation can gradually occur: first, afflictions are gradually extinguished completely, and habitual tendencies must also be dissolved and eradicated entirely; second, wisdom can then continuously grow.
