How Can One Clearly Contemplate the Seeds of the Eight Consciousnesses Flowing Like a Torrent, and How Can One Transform the Eight Consciousnesses into Wisdom

The seven intrinsically existing great seeds within the eighth consciousness arise and cease moment by moment, forming the moment-by-moment arising and ceasing of the five aggregates, the eighteen realms, and the material world of the universe. These seeds have never ceased being continuously outputted, and the arising, ceasing, and transformation of the world of the five aggregates has likewise never ceased. The karmic seeds within the eighth consciousness also surge forth constantly without pause, causing sentient beings to continually accord with karmic force, to be continually drawn by karmic force, and to continually receive the karmic retribution of that force. To transform consciousness into wisdom, one must first awaken to the true mind and see one's true nature; when the mind relies upon and abides in the nature of suchness, transformation can gradually occur. First, afflictions are gradually extinguished completely, and habitual tendencies must also be dissolved and eliminated entirely; second, wisdom can then grow unceasingly.
