Yogācārabhūmi Śāstra, Volume 34 (64)

Original text:如是先来未善观察。今善作意方便观察。以微妙慧。于四圣谛能正悟入。即于此慧。亲近修习多修习故。能缘所缘平等平等。正智得生。由此生故。能断障碍爱乐涅槃。所有粗品现行我慢。

Explanation: In the past, one had not properly contemplated the Four Noble Truths; now one should skillfully apply attention and contemplate by means of skillful means, and with subtle wisdom correctly and truly realize and enter the principle of the Four Noble Truths. Because one draws near to and cultivates, repeatedly cultivates, this subtle contemplative wisdom, the cognizing mind and the dharmas that serve as its object become equal and equal, and correct wisdom is thereby born. Because correct wisdom is born, all the coarse, manifestly active conceit of self that obstructs the delight in nirvāṇa is eradicated.
